We're currently hiring for FAA Test Technicians in Clearwater, FL!

In this role you will test and inspect components of a high precision electromechanical device that supports the defense market. You will ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for their work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. They will also set up and monitor production in the area and participate in the continuous improvementprocesses at the site to improve safety, productivity, and quality improvements.

Pay Rate: $34-36/hr

OT Available based on project need

Paid Weekly on Fridays

Benefits Eligible at 60 days!

Summary:

• 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

• Operate assigned equipment.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness

• Comply with all safety rules.

• Record and report production data.

• Analyze data and production reports

• Set up and change over equipment

• Perform testing of flight hardware

Qualifications / Skills:

• Associates Degree required

• 6-8 years of experience in Avionics, electronics and testing of flight hardware.

• Prior experience with CCA / PCB assembly, test and troubleshoot

• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

• Creative thinking and idea generation

• General knowledge of calibration

• SAP experience or similar program, a plus

• Basic computer knowledge

• Vision Test will be required

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
