The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post hiring activity by doing the following:
* Review and input information into pre-employment systems to run backgrounds on outside candidates and acquisition employees
* Review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employment files
* Aid in the onboarding of new hires to include system administration and interactions with candidates
* Create and extend offer letters to internal and external candidates
* Provide initial compliance with additional state requirement (ex. Florida, Wisconsin, Tennessee, North Carolina, New York, Washington State, Ohio, and Iowa)
* Assist with AHCA/Level 2 Fingerprinting administration and setup for candidates for Florida based personnel as needed
