As the marketing and strategy intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing, education, and leadership teams to expand our portfolio of industry white papers. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our target audience (educators, policy makers, healthcare professionals), and positioning CAE Healthcare as a thought leader in the industry. The ideal candidate is a driven and motivated individual who is passionate about healthcare and is excited to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Location: Remote anywhere in the US with the option to report onsite (if local).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching and analyzing industry trends and market insights as it relates to the nursing shortage, healthcare workforce development, and medical errors.

  • Support the development of white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership content and develop a repository of industry papers to inform sales and marketing teams of market data.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and our educational team to gather insights and perspectives for thought leadership pieces.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Policy, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to problem-solve and provide valuable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content creation tools and platforms. Statistical & data analysis skills are a plus.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
