We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Facilities team and support the operational aspects of invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and collections processes. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient internal operations while also maintaining effective communication with clients' purchasing departments. This role will encompass responsibilities across multiple teams within the Facilities practice, requiring a meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of invoicing and AR procedures, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.
