Job Description
Specialty Services:
- Plan and manage successfully relocations up to 1,000+ people
- Lead the management and strategy development for the RPM/FF&E project team and supervise additional vendor through execution
- Will be required to manage several medium and large FF&E and relocation management projects simultaneously
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the relocation and FF&E management process
- Ensure all relocation management activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client's and JLL's policies and procedures
- Develop and implement relocation project plan, schedule and budget through collaboration with the facility, project and construction managers and manage in JLL's project management software application
- Ensure data accuracy within move management and CAFM systems as required my our clients
- Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators and meet assigned financial targets
- Participate and/or lead in planning meetings with client project teams and other key stakeholders
- Establish relocation and/or change management project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project results
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Prepare various vendor RFP's & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.
- Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor bidding process, evaluate proposals and recommend selection of vendor/contractor
- Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)
- Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete
- Manage work order and small project management, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations, art work installation and space enhancements
- Develop and lead change management strategies and communications plans related to the relocation project management scope of work
- Plan, schedule and implement relocations, providing the main client contact with scheduled dates, move instructions, and move orientations for large groups as required.
- Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions and resolve post-move issues.
- Compliance with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practices

Client Communication and Management:
- Understand client protocols and develop communication appropriate to the client environment
- Communicate actively during meetings and other project related speaking situations with a focus on delivering the project on-time, on budget and meeting the client's expectations
- Manage written documentation and ensure that all deliverables are accurate and on schedule
- Project confidence and reinforce client trust in the skills and knowledge of the team

People Management, Leadership and Teamwork:
- Responsible for the development and execution of relocation strategy for project delivery
- Demonstrates high energy for the business, ability to energize others, and the willingness to take risks and make tough decisions.
- Guide JLL Relocation project team with constructive feedback on project deliverables
- Exhibit enthusiasm and positive attitude with clients and peers
- Self-identify individual and team skill development and proactively seek training for improvement

Business Development:
- Demonstrates highly visible commitment to creating a "one-firm firm" by utilizing cross-discipline teams to meet client needs.
- Be directly responsible for enhancing team revenues through the maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships and by developing new relationships.
- Function as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service.
- Be able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm.
- In conjunction with business development, maintain client relationships upon project completion
- Participate in presentation interviews, convey key points and answer potential client questions with a firm understanding of the project and the potential client
- Contribute to the development of new product and service delivery ideas for the business unit.
- Draft assigned sections in proposals for potential work
- Be familiar with contract and proposal terminology
- Draft project profiles (case studies) and maintain an updated bio
- Network professionally and building your personal brand and firms through participation in JLL and industry events

Skills and Knowledge:
- Enhanced ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologies
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
- Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of construction, furniture or commercial real estate industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts (preferred)

Physical Work Requirements and Work Conditions
- Position work will support projects and clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and select National projects with daily client and contractor interaction
- Travel as needed an may range from 0-4 nights per week based on the project assignment
- Weekend and evening activity may be required to support oversight of move execution and coordination activities

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferred in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- 7-10 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
- Background in project management, construction/furniture management, interior design or project strategy planning is desirable
- Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Previous experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating several project managers at various levels within the organization or team.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and CAFM
