Job Description
This will be a hybrid position: three days in-office at HQ and two days work from home. The Investigative Analyst is responsible for ensuring employees comply with various federal and state health care regulations, as well as complying with Lincare policy. Job Responsibilities: * Assist with internal investigations that allege actual/perceived improprieties or violations of regulations/policies * Communicate Medicare/Medicaid policy and procedures to staff * Respond to communications requesting interpretation or clarification of policies and regulations
