Education Requirements:

Master's Degree in a Public Safety related field (Fire Science, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, or overall Public Safety).

Requirements:

• State Certified Firefighter
• A State Fire Instructor II or III certification and experience with FCDICE.
• Previous experience as a Firefighter (preferably in a supervisory role) or an Emergency Manager.
• Previous teaching experience, either full-time or as an Adjunct.
• State of Florida Resident or the ability to become one as the job requires office hours on-campus.
• Ability to travel within Pinellas County and occasionally within the State to attend meetings.
