Are you looking for an opportunity to gain professional HR experience while working with a fun and collaborative HR team? Look no further! The Human Resources Intern aids others in the Human Resources department with clerical work relating to employee records as well as working on well-defined projects within the department.We are looking for someone to work part-time during the school year at our home office in Pewaukee, WI.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with department communications in the form of weekly newsletters.Assist with maintaining and promoting employee recognition platformSeek out and suggest improvements and efficiencies in HR/Recruiting processes and procedures.Electronically file records and documents in personnel files.Complete department or cross-functional projects assigned by HR Management.Exercise good judgement and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.Individuals in this position shall not engage in loan origination during his/her employment with WMC. Loan origination is defined as (1) taking a residential mortgage loan application; or (2) offering or negotiating terms of a residential mortgage loan for compensation or gain; (3) advertising or communicating to the public that you can perform loan origination services.
