**Program Overview:**
- The Undergraduate Marketing Internship Program within Dell is a selective internship program which consists of bright, ambitious and high-potential college students who are interested in exploring a career in Marketing at Dell.
- The Marketing Undergraduate Internship Program is a 10 week, full time, paid, hands on development internship program. The program is sponsored by Dell Marketing executives and modeled after Dells full time Undergraduate Marketing Development Program.
- Over the course of the internship program, participants will gain real Marketing business experience in their internship placements in the Global Marketing organization.
- In addition to the hands on experience, the internship also consists of the following elements:
- Dell Sponsored intern development events (_both social and educational in nature)_
- Robust networking opportunities & high level visibility
- Formal performance evaluation upon completion of internship
- Opportunity for consideration for full time Undergraduate Marketing Development Program admission upon successful completion of the program
